Within a minute or two you should receive a PIN number emailed to the address you submitted. 3. Use this PIN number to complete your login. 4. After submitting your PIN, you will be sent to a personnel menu for your company. Welcome to the Contractor Data Input Sheet! Use this form to identify your firm's points of contact (POCs), how to contact them (including mobile phones), and government administrative support personnel that assist with your contracts. The POC data are separate entries for the Basic Contract and Task Orders and allow for a prime and alternate POC. Your firm's Program Manager and Alternate Program Manager are the only people in your firm that will be able to change the data provided.
