ECOS:ECOS: Environmental, Construction and Operations & Services
Scope:The Environmental, Construction and Operations & Services (ECOS) contracts are the follow-on to the Environmental Minor Construction and Operations & Services (EMCOS) contracts. ECOS contracts consist of seven (7) small business set-aside Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract awards.

The program ceiling for ECOS is $150 million with the potential to increase to $375 million. The following 7 contract awards were made on 1 Apr 04 under NAICS 562910.

The ECOS contract offers a broad range of construction, repair, and demolition work, to include both traditional and environmental; plus force protection and homeland security. In addition this contract will provide operations and services for environmental conservation, compliance, pollution prevention and clean-up activities, and will include ordnance removal and disposal, energy management, and Geographic Information Systems.

The contract program manager is responsible for keeping their POC information (program manager, who has authority to negotiate for the basic contract and TOs, who should receive TO RFP packages, ACO, DFAS office(s), etc) up to date and accurate. Contractor program managers should use the Online Contractor Data Sheet to confirm or to update contractor data information as required in Section L of the RFP.

The company entering data into this Contractor Data Sheet must have a designated POC. Please have the POC email afcee.ac.awag@brooks.af.mil , title the email "ECOS Contractor Data POC", and provide the POC's name and email address. The POC will be entered into the Contractor Data database and will then have access to the Contractor Data website.
